If you need to cancel or make a change, please do so at least 6 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 6 hours prior will result in a forfeiture of 50% of service payment total.

If you completely miss your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your booked service. Appointments cancelled within 30-minutes of appointment start-time, at the appointment start-time, or anytime after your scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show.

If you are running late to your mobile appointment, are non-responsive to calls/texts, and/or not available to let your artist in to the agreed upon mobile location, your artist reserves the right to leave the mobile location and not provide service after ten minutes of the appointment start time and will be considered a no-show.

Males of any age and girls under the age of 18 are required to wear undergarments during their appointment. No exceptions. While tan lines are optional, we always recommend wearing a bottom of your choosing so you are able to see your color fade very gradually and make it easy to track your skins beautiful glow.

Any services booked after hours, Monday - Thursday, will be subject to an additional $10 fee. Any services booked after hours, Friday – Sunday, will be subject to an additional $20 fee.

All single tans, memberships, and retail item purchases are non-refundable.
